Chocolate Fondue
1 TBSP margarine
1/2 C avocado puree
1/2 C carrot puree
1 C confectioners' sugar
1/2 C unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
dippers!
Melt margarine over low heat in a medium saucepan. Add the avocado and carrot, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla and whisk until smooth. Serve WARM!
